Olivier Boreau
Born in 1969, Olivier Boreau pursued his musical studies in Chaulou-sur-Saône, Dijon and Paris. At the same time, he graduated in musicology at the University of Dijon. As holder of a state diploma for tuba and orchestra management, he was awarded several prizes as composer and conductor (1st prize at the National Composition Competition in Decazeville with “Bleu Airer” and winner of the international composition competition for wind instruments in Comines-Warneton (Belgium) - winner of the Rotary prize with “Attila”). He is currently teaching large brass instruments and conducting a brass band orchestra in Blanzy (France).
